These Terms govern access to and use of AnonDrift. They apply to visitors, registered users, and guest users.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AnonDrift. The service pairs adults with strangers and is not intended for minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate access. Do not use the service on behalf of anyone who is under 18.
Using the Service
By using AnonDrift you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AnonDrift grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of anything.
What You Must Not Do
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, scam, spam, distribute malware, share illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or attempt to bypass bans, blocks, moderation, or security controls. Do not use the service to collect personal information, advertise products, or move strangers onto other platforms through unsolicited contact. Do not automate, scrape, reverse engineer, or place unreasonable load on the service.
Accounts, Guest Access, and Moderation
We may limit, suspend, or terminate any account, guest session, or device access at any time, with or without notice, and without providing a reason, to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance. This includes ending live connections, restricting matching, and reserving the right to block network addresses. Guest access is a temporary convenience, not a right. Registered access is also a revocable licence, not ownership.
User Content and Safety
You are solely responsible for what you send, post, or upload. AnonDrift provides the infrastructure that transmits messages between users; it does not create, endorse, or verify user content. We may review reports, moderation signals, and operational logs to enforce these terms, investigate abuse, and respond to legal requests. Do not treat statements from other users as professional advice.
Automated Safety Screening
To keep the service usable and lawful, messages may be screened automatically after delivery, including by third-party classification services operating in other countries. Screening is a safety measure and is not guaranteed to detect all harmful content. See the Privacy Policy for what this involves.
Reporting Abuse
You can report a conversation from within the chat. Reports are recorded and reviewed. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome, and we may act on our own signals without a report.
Privacy and Storage
The service uses cookies and local storage to function. Different features retain data for different periods, and some data is kept for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or debugging. Please read the Privacy Policy for details.
Third-Party Links and Advertising
The service may display advertising supplied by third-party networks and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those networks or sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or conduct.
Availability and Disclaimers
The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or that all harmful content will be prevented or removed. You use the service, and interact with strangers through it, at your own risk.
Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AnonDrift and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, other users, outages, moderation actions, or reliance on user-generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use the service, which for free accounts is zero.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnonDrift and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
